This is somewhat speculative, but I think this baronet died in 2021.
There is a GRO death for a David Ross BRODIE in Q1 2021 Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole, YoB 1925.
Looking back at birth registrations 1923 to 1927, only one registration surname BRODIE had a forename including David & Ross, so I think his death was registered without the first of his birth names. As all Baronets who preceded him had the first name Benjamin, it is quite possible he did not use it.
There is significant evidence in social media & electoral records that his daughter in law, Jutta BRODIE, and grandson, Justyn BRODIE, have significant connections to the Bournemouth area.
Nonetheless, I still feel this needs further verification. He had not proven his claim to appear on the Roll of the Baronetage.
If he has died, he is succeeded by his only son: Sir Alan Ross BRODIE, 6th Baronet (born 1960)
He m 1993 Jutta Maria HERRMANN.
Issue: a son & heir apparent, Justyn Richard BRODIE, born 1997.
