From the Telegraph of 16 June 2015: SIR JOHN ELLIOT COCKBURN 12th Baronet of That Ilk - died peacefully after a short illness on 12th June 2015 aged 89. Adored husband of the late Glory (née Mullings), father of Charles (h), James, Julia, Catherine and Jonathan, grandfather and step grandfather, great grandfather and step great grandfather. As he has left his body to St George's Hospital for medical research there will be no funeral but a memorial service will be announced in due course.

Son of the 11th Bt. He m 1949 Glory Patricia (1928-2011) d of Nigel Tudway MULLINGS (1878-1955) of Snitterfield, Stratford-on-Avon and Anne P B REARDON, and had three sons and two daus. He is succ by his eldest son:

Sir Charles Christopher COCKBURN OF THAT ILK 13th Bt (b 1950), has yet to establish his claim and appear on the Roll of the Baronetage. He m 1st 1978, Beverly J d of B STANGROOM of Richmond, Surrey, no issue. He m 2nd 1985 Margaret Ruth d of Samuel Esmond BELL of 18 Portland Dr, Bury Green, Cheshunt, Herts, and had issue:
