From the Telegraph of 7 March 2026: ARCHDALE Audley Nicholas Willoughby passed away peacefully on 21st January. Beloved husband to Brigid, father to Nicholas and Patrick, grandfather to Trinity and Liberty. A Celebration of his life will be held at Putney Vale Crematorium on 16th March at 3 p.m.

He was s of Nicholas Montgomery ARCHDALE 1902-55 scion of that Irish gentry family and as her 1^st h (Doris) Sheila Hester Willoughby BEDDOES [1905-78]. He m 1975 Brigid Fianna Grattan 1938-2023 d of Maj-Gen Denis Grattan MOORE CB 1909-87 and his 1^st w Alexandra d of W H WANN, and had two sons as above.
