According to the Daily Mail, Orlando and Clementine Fraser are
expecting their second child. Their first child, Ruby, born 19 May
2007, is two.

Lots of genealogical details on the Hambro side below, for the
interested:

[adapted from Michael's post on the engagement]
the father is: Orlando Gregory Fraser (b. 1967), scion of the Lords
Lovat, 3rd (and youngest) son of the late Rt Hon Sir Hugh Charles
Patrick Joseph Fraser, MBE, MP (1918-84), of Beauly, Inverness-shire,
by his wife the former Lady Antonia Pakenham (b. 1932, daughter of the
7th Earl of Longford, KG) (now Lady Antonia Pinter, 2nd wife and now
widow of the late Sir Harold Pinter, OM, CBE), of Kensington, London,

the mother is: Clementine Silvia Hambro (b. 1976), scion of that BLG
family, daughter of (Alexander) Richard Hambro, by his former wife,
the former Hon
Charlotte Clementine Soames (b. 1954) (now Countess Peel, 2nd wife of
the 3rd Earl Peel), daughter of the Baron Soames, GCMG, GCVO, CH,
CBE,
PC, (life peer), by his wife the Hon Mary Spencer Churchill (b. 1922)
(now Baroness Soames, LG), scion of the Dukes of Marlborough,
daughter
of the Rt Hon Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill, KG, OM, CH, TD,
Prime Minister 1940-45, and 1951-55, by his wife Clementine Ogilvy
Hozier (later Baroness Spencer-Churchill, GBE), descended from the
Earls of Airlie.

Orlando and Clementine Fraser became engaged in July 2006, married in
November 2006, and had their first child in March 2007. Clementine
was Diana's youngest bridesmaid. Her father (Alexander) Richard
Hambro (b. ) is the second son of the late Jocelyn Olaf Hambro
(1919-1994) by his first wife (Ann) Silvia Muir (d. 1972 of cancer) by
whom he had three sons. Jocelyn Hambro later married 2ndly 1976
(Margaret) Elisabeth, Duchess of Roxburghe, nee McConnel (d. 1983 f
cancer), as her 3rd husband, thus making his sons stepbrothers to the
present Duke of Roxburghe and his brother; after her death, Hambro
married 3rdly (as her 2nd husband) 1988 Margaret, Countess Fortescue,
nee Stratton (b. 1933), former second wife (md 1961, div 1987) of the
7th Earl Fortescue (1922-1993) by whom two daughters. His third wife
and widow Margaret was daughter of Charles Michael Stratton by his
former wife Anne Drummond (1911-), eldest daughter of Vice Adm. Hon.
Edmund Rupert Drummond, C.B., M.V.O. (1884-1965, himself yst son of
the 8th Viscount Strathallan, later Earl of Perth) and his wife Lady
Evelyn Frances Butler (1887-1978), elder daughter of the 4th Marquess
of Ormonde, and sister of the 5th and 6th Marquessses of Ormonde.
(Anne Drummond married four times, with issue by her first marriage
only). Richard is the second of three sons - Rupert, Richard, and
James.

Her paternal grandmother (Ann) Silvia Muir (d. 1972 of cancer) was
sister of Charles Robert Muir (8 Apr 1922-24 Mar 1972) who married
1953 Lady Rosemary Spencer-Churchill (b. 1929), third and youngest
daughter of the 10th Duke of Marlborough and sister of the present
Duke; Lady Rosemary Muir was a Maid of Honour at the 1953 Coronation.
They were children of Rowland Huntley Muir and Beatrice Sydney
Russell. [see http://www.angelfire.com/realm/gotha/Part_h3.htm],
Through their father, they had Wemyss descent from Hon. James Wemyss,
of Wemyss (23 Feb 1726-10 May 1786) who married Lady Elizabeth
Sutherland in 1756, and thus very distantly in remainder to that
earldom.

Her great-grandmother was Winifred Martin Smith (or Martin-Smith) of
the Martin Smith branch of the Smith banking and landed family that
has produced in a different line a Countess of Strathmore (paternal
grandmother of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother), a present Duchess of
Grafton, etc. Winifred married her first cousin maternally (also her
widower brother-in-law) - their mothers Gertrude Stuart and Cecilia
Stuart were third and fifth daughters of Henry Stuart (a grandson of
the 1st Marquess of Bute) and his wife Cecilia Hammersley. (Her elder
half-brother Everard Reginald Martin Smith also married his first
cousin and sister-in-law Violet Hambro).

Her mother Charlotte Clementine Soames, now The Countess Peel (b.
1954) married 1973 (div 1982) Alexander Richard Hambro (b. 1946), with
one daughter Clementine b 1976. She became the Hon. Mrs Hambro in
1978 when her father was raised to the peerage as a Life Peer. She
then married 1989 the 3rd Earl Peel (b. 1949) as his 2nd wife, one
daughter born 1991. Charlotte was the younger daughter of Christopher
Soames, Lord Soames (cr. 19 April 1978 as Life Peer) by his wife Mary
Churchill, youngest and third surviving daughter of Rt Hon Sir Winston
Leonard Spencer-Churchill KG by his wife Clementine Hozier, later (17
May 1965) Baroness Spencer-Churchill.

Correction:
1. the 8th Viscount Strathallan was sometimes called the 10th Viscount
Strathallan (two who were never actually viscounts because of the
attainder, but are counted by the family)
2. Vice-Admiral Drummond's father was never Earl of Perth; his eldest
son William Huntley Drummond (1871-1937) was 15th Earl of Perth [see
http://thepeerage.com/p3049.htm#i30484]. The 15th Earl was half-
brother to the 16th Earl (father of the 17th Earl and grandfather of
the present Earl) and two younger half-brothers including the Vice-
Admiral, the youngest son.

3. There should be a space between Anne and Drummond!
