Some notes on the Glazebrooks- although they aren't listed in BFI, I am fairly sure there are lengthy pedigrees in other sources such as the Visitation of England and Wales and/ or Miscellanea Genealogica et Heraldica, which were the basis of the following notes, but am not sure which editions/ volumes without looking into it [EDIT: Glazebrook in Visitation (etc) vol. 3 (1895), details also in Armorial Families 5th ed. (1905); a pedigree of the Kirklands in Miscellanea (etc) vol. II, new series, 1877, which includes the Glazebrooks, written by family member J. Paul Rylands, of whom below- much more detail on other lines, as well as probably info. not included below, so worth a look for anyone interested, I should imagine]; if no-one else does so, I will update this post tomorrow with more details); some additional details- mainly addresses- from BMD and probate records etc:

A further point of interest is that Richard Tetley (3 III 1782 - 4 II 1858), the father-in-law of Nicholas Smith Glazebrook, was a younger brother of Joshua Tetley (20 VII 1778 -26 VIII 1859), who founded Tetley's Brewery in Leeds in 1822. Richard and Joshua's parents were William Tetley (13 IX 1749 - 21 IV 1834) and his wife (married 25 VII 1771), Elizabeth Rimington (1751 - 24 XII 1788), hence the subsequent use of Rimington as a christian name in the Tetley and Glazebrook families.
