From the Telegraph of 1 July 2022: WINDHAM Alison (née Curtis), aged 94, died peacefully at home on 29th June. Beloved wife to the late Bill, mother to Ashe, Emm and Will and grandmother to Archie, Lara, Jake, Max and Tamara. Private funeral. She was d of Maj Philip Pinckney CURTIS 1884-1974 (2xgt gs of Sir William CURTIS 1st Bt 1752-1829) and Hélène Ellinor Clare 1904-2005 d of Capt Archibald Glen KIDSTON 1871-1913 sometime head of that gentry family of Redenham Park and Hélène Adeline Blanche CHAPMAN 1873-1957 scion of that gentry family f/o Donhead House. She m 1956 William (Bill) Ashe Dymoke 1926-2021 s of Lt-Col Henry Steuart WINDHAM 1873-1958 (gt gs of Sir William SMIJTH 7th Bt 1746-1823, now BOWYER Bts cr 1661) and Marjorie Russell 1885-1971 d of Henry Mclean DYMOCK [sic] 1847-1931 by his 1878 m reg Q3 Bedford to Dorothea CROFTS 1849-1931, and had two sons and a dau as above.
