From the Telegraph of 12 March 2019: SCOTT Sir Anthony Percy, Bt, on 27th March, aged 81, peacefully in France. Husband of Caroline and father of Henry, Simon and Miranda and grandfather of Megan and Issy and Shelia and Rosie. The funeral has taken place in France. A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints, Little Shelford, nr Cambridge at 12.15 p.m. on Saturday 11th May.

He was s of Colonel Sir Douglas Winchester SCOTT 2nd Bt (1907-84), and Elizabeth Joyce (1912-83) d of Archibald Lloyd GLANLEY and _ REESE. He m 1962 Caroline Theresa Anne (b 1941 reg Berkshire) d of William Charles Edward BACON (1918-2011) of Hill House, Mobberly, Cheshire by his 1940 m (reg Q3 London) to Frances Elisabeth HARRISON (1919-2003), and had two sons and a dau. His son succeeds him (note all four grandchildren are female):

[Sir] Henry Douglas Edward SCOTT [4th Bt] (b 1964), has yet to establish his claim and appear on the Official Roll of the Baronetage. He m 1993 Carole Ruth d of Derek MADDICK. I can't see any issue (don't have latest books to hand) so his brother would appear to be the hp (one assumes at least one of the brothers has issue by the way the death notice mentions grandchildren in two pairs):

BROTHER LIVING
Rev SIMON JAMES Scott (b 1965) heir presumptive.

Beyond the brother of the new baronet, the only other heirs I can identify are born 1940 and 1966 (an uncle of the new baronet and his son). If there are no more then all heirs over 50 and this title is at significant threat.
