According to Wikipedia, CHarles William Justin Hanbury-Tracy, uncle of Lord Sudeley, died on 6 March 2024.

The only other reference I could find was an author page at Oxbow books which speaks of him in the past tense: "Dr Charles Tracy was a leading scholar..."
