[Hon] (Richard) Alexander S (b 1986 reg Q1 1987 London) s of the LP Baron CHARTRES KCVO (b 1947, cr LP 2017), sometime Bishop of London and scion of the Irish gentry family of that name, and Caroline Mary (b c1959 reg Q1 Surrey) d of Sir Charles Alan McLINTOCK (1925-2007) and Sylvia Mary Foster TAYLOR (b 1925 reg Q3 Essex).
