From the Telegraph of 26 Oct 2021: DENMAN Christopher John Stewart died peacefully on 18th October 2021 after a short fight with cancer. Johnny was the most gorgeous husband to Jenny, father to Nick, Charlie and Tom and grandfather to Harry. Johnny was a hugely loved brother to Gill, Richard and Jamie, uncle, cousin and godfather who will always be remembered for being charming, truly honourable, loyal, fun and mischievous. All are welcome to join us in the celebration of Johnny’s wonderful life at 1pm on November 5th in Arundel Cathedral; followed by an informal lunch at Pulborough Rugby Club. He was s of 5th Baron DENMAN 1916-2012 and Sheila Anne 1915-87 d of Lt-Col Algernon Bingham Anstruther STEWART DSO 1869-ka1916 (2xgt gs of both the 7th Earl of GALLOWAY and Sir John ANSTRUTHER of that Ilk 2nd Bt 1718-99 etc etc) and Edith Evelyn VIVIAN 1880-1932 (gt gd of John VIVIAN 1750-1826 f of 1st Baron VIVIAN 1775-1842 and gd of 10th Earl of STAIR 1819-1903). He m 1984 Jennifer (Jenny) Bridget d of Rupert ALLEN, and had three sons as above.

Their eldest son Nicholas (Nick) Thomas Stewart b 1988 was eng 2019 but no m is recorded on DPB online. Is the grandson HARRY mentioned in his grandfather's death notice, their son?

Sadly, the new Mrs Denman's mother, Mrs Hilde Stokka Chapple, died on 21 November 2020, and her funeral took place on 7 December 2020 - see https://frittendenchurch.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Sunday-6th-December.pdf.
