David Sebag-Montefiore
David, on 20th April 2010, after a very short illness, aged 85.
Greatly loved husband of Juliet, devoted father to his four daughters
and proud grandfather of eight. Private cremation for family and close
friends only, at Salisbury Crematorium, 1 Barrington Road SP1 3JB at
3.45pm on Thursday 29th April 2010. No flowers but donations, if
desired, to Enham, c/o I.N. Newman, Funeral Directors, Griffin House,
55 Winchester Street, Salisbury Wilts SP1 1HL 01722 413136. A
Thanksgiving for David's life will be held at 3pm on Saturday 22nd May
at the Fairground Hall at Weyhill SP11 0QN

He was the son of Col Thomas Henry SEBAG-MONTEFIORE DSO MC (1887-1954)
of that gentry family formerly of East Cliff Lodge, and Irene
Catherine (1891-1933) dau of Sir Leonard Lionel COHEN KCVO of
Wellingrove, Rickmansworth, Herts (scion of the WALEY-COHEN Bts). He m
1955 Juliet Nadine Marcelle dau of Geophrey George RAPHAEL of 12, St
Mark's Square, London and had four daus.
