Whilst I cannot read the whole notice, I think the details given confirm this is a correct identification, even though her forenames are reversed and there is a spelling issue with Winnifred / Winifred.

She was the dau of Reginald Herbert HILL (1889 - 1978), scion of the (CLEGG-)HILL baronets of Hawkestone (descended from the 4th son of the 1st bt, and see HILL viscounts in Debrett's) and Elizabeth WALLACE.

She m 1945 Charles M HUMPHRYS (appears died 2007 / 2008) and had issue: Daphne, Sheila, Brenda and Nancy.
