Per company records, Mr William Young-Herries was born on 12 April 1955, and his wife, Mrs Amanda Young-Herries, was born on 1 February 1955. Mrs Young-Herries' parents, Capt (James Corry) Fraser SMYTH (8 II 1928 - 15 X 1996) and his first wife (her first husband), Clare Bridget Mary CAME (19 XI 1926 - 21 V 2004), were married in 1953. Her mother's second marriage, to David McILWAIN (21 I 1921 - 1981), took place in 1962.

The maternal grandfather of Clare Bridget Mary Came, the Rev William Meaburn TATHAM (30 VII 1862 - 18 X 1938), was a nephew of Meaburn Smith TATHAM (22 V 1832 - 5 X 1870), who was the husband (married 12 IV 1860) of Eliza Mary WARTER (7 IV 1835 - 27 XI 1897), from whom descended the Tatham-Warter landed gentry family.
