From the Telegraph of 20 Feb 2025: LLEWELLYN Arthur Somers (Arf), died peacefully at home on 17th February aged 71. Loving and dearly loved husband to Nicky, dad to Rosie and Ned, grandpa to Wilf and Albie, brother to Sam and Martin and friend to so many. Service of Thanksgiving on Tuesday 18th March in Sherborne Abbey at 2.30 p.m….

He was s of Rt Rev William Somers LLEWELLYN 1907-2001 and Innis Mary 1916-99 d of Maj Arthur Algernoon SMITH-DORRIEN-SMITH DSO 1876-1955 sometime head of that gentry family of Tresco Abbey (a descendant of the banker Abel SMITH) and Eleanor Salvin BOWLBY 1887-1978 scion of that gentry family of Culverthorpe Hall &c. He m 1980 reg Q4 Devon Nicola (Nicky) J MOON, and had a son and a dau:

1. Edward (Ned) Augustus b 15 Jun 1985 (Times 18 June): he m c2013 (eng Times 28 Feb) and Lucy A d of Nicholas MIEDZIANOWSKA-SINCLAIR of All Cannings, Wilts, [and had two sons as above]
