Elizabeth Frances "Biddy" (nee Hanbury-Williams) Husted, born in London, Dec. 6, 1929, died in Washington, D.C., Nov. 7, 2024. She was a daughter of Sir John Colbrook Hanbury-Williams, Kt, CVO (1892-1965), courtier, chairman of Courtaulds Ltd., etc., and his wife, Zenaida "Ida" Cantacuzene (1908-80). She was a granddaughter of Prince Michael Cantacuzene, Count Speransky (1875-1955) and Julia Dent (Grant) Cantacuzene (1876-1975), herself a granddaughter of Gen. Ulysses S, Grant (1822-85), 18th President of the United States, 1869-77.
Elizabeth Hanbury-Williams m.(1) 1952 -- Brian Patrick Morgan Keeling (1927-90) -- (div. 1968) -- two children: Sara Elizabeth Keeling (1954-2024), who m. Henry Grenville Cator of the L.G. Cators, and Patrick James Keeling (1956).
She m.(2) 1972 -- John Grinnell Wetmore Husted Jr. (1926-99).
Survivors include son Patrick, eight grandchildren., four great-grandchildren, two stepchildren.

A non-Peerage or L.G. detail: John Husted was briefly engaged to Jacqueline Bouvier (1929-94), later world famous as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
