Louisa Ann is the great-granddaughter on the mother's side of William Stourton, 26th baron Segrave, and on the father's side she is descended from Edward Law, first baron Ellenborough, the ninth baron Petre, the earls of Derwentwater, Henry Howard, 6th duke of Norfolk, the earls of Shrewsbury, lords Teynham, etc.

Rather, the Stourton and Segrave descent is of course on the father's mother's side.
