She was d of Rev John Jeffreys DE WINTON 1875-1973 scion of that gentry family of Maesderwen and Ida Beatrice 1877-1971 d of Thomas KNOWLES 1845- of Clumber Cottage, Poynton, Cheshire by his 17 June 1869 m (Manchester) to Mary Frances JONES 1847-. She m 1942 Rev Willfred Hilary 1904-70 s of Henry JENNINGS of Midland Rd, Gloucester, and had a son:
