Capt T.M. Chapman and Miss N.M. Oliver-Bellasis: The engagement is announced between Captain Thomas Chapman, The Queen's Royal Hussars (The Queen's Own and Royal Irish), son of Mr and Mrs Peter Chapman, of Blackheath, London, and Nicola, daughter of Mr and Mrs Hugh Oliver-Bellasis, of Wootton St Lawrence, Hants.

Nicola Mary (b 1978) d of Maj Hugh Richard OLIVER-BELLASIS (b 1945), scion of the BATES Bts (cr 1880), and Daphne Phoebe (b 1951) d of (Arthur) Christopher PARSONS (1919-99), scion of the earls of ROSSE (descended from the 3rd earl) and Veronica Rosetta de Courcy d of Maj-Gen Sir Guy de Courcy GLOVER KBE CB DSO MC (1887-1967), scion of the barons KINGSALE (descended from 28th Baron).
