The Lady Marcia Rose Aileen Bulmer (nee Leveson-Gower), who died 3
August, 2005, aged 44, was a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II.

The Scottish Sunday Mail [December 1, 2002] revealed that Lady Marcia
had been
diagnosed with cervical cancer. : The mother of four had been
travelling regularly to London from her home in Uist to see specialists
about her treatment.

Lady Marcia Bulmer is the only daughter of the late 5th Earl Granville,
and is a granddaughter of the former Lady Rose Bowes Lyon, daughter of
the 14th Earl of Strathmore & Kinghorne. Lady Rose was a sister of
Queen Elizabeth, King George VI's consort.

She married in 1986 Jonathan Charles Bulmer, youngest son of the late
Edward Charles Bulmer, and has issue, Hesper Rose Constance, b. 1990,
James Alexander Howard b. 1992, Hector Charles Marcus, b. 1993, and
Laura b. 1995.
