Richard,   a check of DPB Online has George as unmarried.  If  that's the case, it seems they have a lot of catching up to do.

They could have married on 4 Sept 2021 if this is them  Shop for Charlie Carey & George Nelson's Wedding Registry (myregistry.com)

but no indication whether he is the George Nelson of the baronets
