From the Telegraph & Times of 20 April 2022: Mr O.V.G. Palmer and Miss H.L. Proudlock - The engagement is announced between Oliver, son of James and Cybele Palmer, of Juscorps, France, and Hannah, elder daughter of James and Joanna Proudlock, of Harrietsham, Kent.
