She was d of Rear-Adm Sir Joseph Charles Cameron HENLEY KCVO CB 1909-99 sometime head of that gentry family f/o Waterperry and his 1 w Daphne Ruth 1912-92 d of Aubrey Augustus Henry WYKEHAM 1873-1947 of that gentry family f/o Tythrop and Sylvia Ruth 1875-1951 d of Sir Charles SEELY 1 Bt 1833-1915 who was f of 1 Baron MOTTISTONE 1868-1947 & gf 1 & only Baron SHERWOOD 1898-1970.

She m 1962 Lt-Cdr David John MBE RN 1931-2017 s of Capt Malcolm FARQUHAR 1895-1989 of that Scots gentry family f/o Acheron &c and Agnes Marjorie Katherine 1901-83 d of Charles William FORBES d 1948 sometime head of that Scots gentry family of Callender and Jean HOTHAM d 1951 (3xgt gd of Sir Beaumont HOTHAM 7 Bt 1706-71 who was f of 1 & 2 HOTHAM barons), and had two sons.
