She was d of Col Sir Edward Courtenay Thomas WARNER 2nd Bt 1886-1953 and Hon Nesta DOUGLAS-PENNANT 1888-1970 d of 2nd Baron PENRHYN 1836-1907 (and gt gd of 3rd Baron LYTTELTON 1782-1837 by his w a dau of 2nd Earl SPENCER 1758-1834 etc). She m 1951 Hon (Henry) Edward BOSCAWEN 1921-2015 s of 8th Viscount FALMOUTH 1887-1962 and Mary Margaret Desiree 1894-1985 d of Hon Frederick George Lindley MEYNELL 1846-1910 (s of 1st Viscount HALIFAX 1800-85 gf of 1st Earl of HALIFAX 1881-1959) and Lady Mary Susan Felicie LINDSAY 1852-1937 (d of 25th Earl of CRAWFORD &c 1812-80), and had a son and two daus.
