I don't have the full details but the engagement of F.M. Wellesley,-Wesley (b ca 1988), presumably Flora  the third (of five) daughters of James Wellesley-Wesley and his wife Elizabeth was announced in 2022 in The Times

I believe that James is a grandson of Charles Michael St Maur Wellesley-Wesley by his first wife (div 1951) (Averil) Margaret Bibby; they had two sons and one daughter. 

Charkes Michael St Maur, in turn, was son of Rev Louis Herbert Wellesley-Wesley by his wife Lilian Octavia Seymour, descended from a yr son of the 8th Duke of Sonerset, from which son the present Duke, his father, and grandfather are also descended.

James is a nephew of Eve Finola, Mrs Julian Byng (b 1930), of Wrothsm Park. Her son Robert Byng is the current owner. Her husband Julian Byng nee Lafone (b 1928) was grandson of an earl of Strafford. He sued his own mother over properties in London

L.H. Wellesley-Wesley was son of Alfred Wesley by his wife Anne Lilley. This family is said to be related to John Wesley. Not sure when and how Wellesley was added to the family name. Not sure if the Wellesley-Wesleys were a BLG or Irish gentry family either.

In response to gorgo, the engaged parties would appear to be James Chilton BERESFORD (born XI 1985) and Flora Margaret WELLESLEY WESLEY (birth registered March 1988 - Camberwell).

James is the son of Paul James BERESFORD (born 23 IX 1952) and his (former?) wife (marriage registered Q3 1982 - Dacorum), Gillian A ("Gill") CHILTON. Flora is a daughter of James Dermot WELLESLEY WESLEY (born 9 VII 1957) and his wife (possibly married abroad?) _ROMANES.
