Peacefully at Gartnavel Hospital on 9th February 2025. Beloved wife of the late Alasdair Macrae, dear mother of Iain, mother-in-law of Pamela and loving gran to Alexander and Emily [....]
She was the d of Hon Robert Smith KIRKWOOD (1901-1950) 2nd son of the 1st Baron Kirkwood, and (m 1927) Annie KERR (d 1963). She m 1963, Alasdair Roderick Stewart MACRAE (d 2021) and had issue Iain Kirkwood b 1967 m 1996 Pamela Aileen HOGG and had issue Emily Elizabeth b 1999 [DPB online]
