From the Telegraph and Times of 25 March 2021: Mr D.G.B. Leigh-Pemberton and Miss E.L. Dawes - The engagement is announced between David, eldest son of the Hon Edward and Mrs Leigh-Pemberton, of Longcot, Oxfordshire, and Emily, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Douglas Dawes, of Columbus, Indiana, USA.
David Geoffrey Berners b 1988 s of Hon Edward Douglas LEIGH-PEMBERTON b 1959 (s of the LP Baron KINGSDOWN 1927-2013) and Jessica Elizabeth Berners b 1960 d of Michael Edward Ranulph ALLSOPP 1930-2017 (gt gs of 1st Baron HINDLIP 1811-87) and Patricia Ann BERNERS 1933-2017.
