I had a quick look into this, and couldn't get past his grandparents; however, Google books has Debrett's 1990 state, following his father's name, 'see B (sic?) Molesworth, colls, 1958 edn'.

Based on BMD records, Michael Quintin Fraser seems to have been born 1929, mother Battye; the marriage between a Denholm D. S. Fraser and Shiela (sic?) S. M. Battye in 1925 appears to be the right one. I had wondered if Denholm D. S. Fraser was the same person as Donald Stuart Denholm Fraser, but evidence appears to indicate otherwise. It seems someone will need to check the 1958 Debrett's Peerage for the answer; sadly I don't have it!

Just a minor addition: I think the Denholm Fraser I mentioned is actually Sir Denholm de Montalt Stuart Fraser (1889-1956), an official at Mysore 1941-44.

he was eldest son of Sir Stuart Mitford Fraser (1864-1963), himself an official at Mysore and Chief Commissioner for Coorg from 1905-10, by his wife Constance, dau. of Col. Edwin Maude and his wife Constance, dau. of James Wright, a Bombay merchant. This might offer some leads to someone more familiar with the Molesworth collaterals.

Sheila (b. 1904) was, according to the Visitation of England and Wales vol. 17, daughter of Walter Rothney Battye, for details of whom see: http://livesonline.rcseng.ac.uk/biogs/E003821b.htm

His wife was Maud St George Molesworth, regarding whom the Visitation of England and Wales vol. 17 states: 'Walter Rothney Battye... married in 1898, Maud St George, 2nd daughter of Colonel Anthony Oliver Molesworth...' Anthony Oliver Molesworth's father, also Anthony Oliver, was son of Richard Molesworth, who was son of Captain William Molesworth, whose father was Robert, 1st Viscount Molesworth (all according to Burke's 2003).
