From the Telegraph of 12 May 2021: FARMAR Daphne Margaret Mary died peacefully in her sleep on 7th May 2021, at Thamesfield, Henley on Thames, aged 101. Beloved wife of the late Julian, and much loved mother to Tony, Paul, Mark, Nigel and James, and proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 8 great grand children. All enquiries to Tomalin & Son...
She was d of William Joseph CARLISLE of White Waltham, Berkshire [d 1961 will proved Q2 London] by his 1914 m reg Q4 London to Monica Mabel 1890- d of James FINNEY (c1837-[?1917]) and Eleanor _ c1853-. She m 1945 Maj Julian Avenel FARMAR 1917-69 sometime head of that gentry family of Millwood, and had five sons as above.
