Nick Bromley Davenport is the joint owner of the Capesthorne Estate near Macclesfield, where he plays an active role in the management of the Hall, the wider estate, and the many events that take place there. A Chartered Surveyor by profession, Nick has extensive experience in property and utilities management across Cheshire and Staffordshire. He has previously served on the CLA North West Committee and is currently a member of the North West Committee for Historic Houses. Nick has previously served as High Sheriff of Cheshire. Outside of his professional and community commitments, he enjoys country pursuits, travelling, and swimming.
