From the Times of 14 July 2026: MAGEE Sean died peacefully on 5th July 2026, aged 76, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Much-loved husband of Ceci, father to Jules and Freddie, father-in-law to Arianna and adored Papa to Lochie and Orlando. Funeral at St Nicholas’ Chadlington…, Thursday 30th July, 2pm.

He was s of Frederick Alfred MAGEE 1914-87 of Cockfosters, Herts by his 1936 m reg Q3 Barnet to Ella Monica 1908-86 d of Walter Henry CANSICK 1875-1970 (bricklayer) by his 1899 m reg Q2 Essex to (Mary Emmeline) Paula HABELL 1873-1950. He m 1984 Cecelia (Ceci) Anne d of Maj John Howard NICKSON 1912-99 and Pamela Kay 1913-95 d of Maj Timothy Herbert William CURTIS 1882-1966 (2xgt gs of Sir William CURTIS 1 Bt 1752-1829) and Edith Marjorie 1887-1968 d of Frederick Aldcroft KAY 1855-1905 and Edith 1861-1914 d of Charles CROSLAND 1832-70 and Eliza THORNTON 1837-1916, and had a son and a dau.
