From the Telegraph of 12 Jan 2023: MORLEY-FLETCHER Hugo David Montagu, FSA. Peacefully at home on 30th December 2022. Beloved husband of Belinda, father of Gifford, Hester and Frances, brother to Victoria, Alan and Edwin and much loved grandfather of Lauren, Chloe, Oliver, Emelia, Wilfred, Minna and Kit. The Funeral Service will be held at St Mary's Church, Padbury, on Monday 6th February at 3 p.m., with a memorial to follow in London in the spring. He was s of Lt-Col David MORLEY-FLETCHER 1910-71 and Lady Christine Daphne HAY 1919-2000 d of 11th Marquess of TWEEDDALE 1884-1967 and his 1st w Marguerite Christine d 1944 d of Alexander RALLI and Helen RALLI 1863- (3xgt gd of Stephen RALLI who was 2xgt gf of Sir Lucas Eustratio RALLI 1st Bt 1846-1931). He m 1st 1967 (div 1980) as her 1st h Josceline Mary b 1946 d of Sir Henry Josceline PHILLIMORE 1910-74 (gt gs of Dr Joseph PHILLIMORE gf of 1st Baron PHILLIMORE 2nd Bt 1845-1929) and Katharine Mary MAUDE-ROXBY 1912-84, and had a son and a dau. He m 2nd 1980 Belinda Mary b 1946 reg Q4 Yorks d of William Miles DAVID of Pontefract, Yorks and Phoebe Mary b 1922 d of Col John SANDEMAN ALLEN OBE MC TD 1892-1949 sometime head of that gentry family and Eudora Mary HEAL 1892-[1966]H, and had a further dau.
