With many deaths amongst the elderly baronets recently, the "ranking" of oldest baronets is as follows:
8th Marquess of AILESBURY (& 14th Baronet): born 31 March 1926
(Sir) Henry STEPHENSON, 3rd Baronet: born 26 November 1926
Sir Dallas BERNARD, 2nd Baronet: born 14 December 1926
6th Viscount KNUTSFORD (& 7th Baronet): born 27 December 1926
Sir John ALLEYNE, 5th Baronet: born 18 January 1928
Sir Richard WELBY, 7th Baronet: born 11 March 1928
3rd Lord BRAIN (& 3rd Baronet): born 6 August 1928

Amongst these, only Henry STEPHENSON is not on the Official Roll of Baronets.  I should also point out that the heir to the NEWTON baronetcy, Christopher Wynne NEWTON, was born 1925.
