The engagement is announced between Angus M D Scott, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Colum Scott, of Kilmore, Argyll and Glenaros, Isle of Mull, and Annabel R Kempsey, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Richard Kempsey, of Sutton Farm, Claverley, Shropshire.
