Peter Wolseley BRACHER (27 III 1930 - 17 XII 2011) was the elder son of Philip BRACHER (21 V 1903 - 3 V 1975) and his wife (married 1929, as her first husband), Dorothy Ruth WOLSELEY LEWIS (13 VIII 1909 - 8 XII 1987). Dorothy Wolseley Lewis was herself the daughter of Dr Herbert WOLSELEY LEWIS (29 XI 1868 - 26 VI 1959) and his wife (married 3 IV 1907), Ruth FREMLIN (c.1876/7 - 26 VI 1959; she died a few hours before her husband).
Dr Herbert Wolseley Lewis was the second son of the Rev Thomas Wolseley LEWIS (c.1836 - 29 IX 1932) and his wife (married 1864), Emily Alicia BOWEN (c.1835 - 1924). The Rev Thomas Wolseley Lewis was himself the son of the Rev Thomas LEWIS (c.1804/5 - 12 I 1872) and his wife, Mary Anne Rebekah WOLSELEY (1806 - 18 I 1875), a sister of Sir John WOLSELEY, 8th Bt (9 VI 1803 - 26 I 1890) and great-granddaughter of Sir Richard WOLSELEY, 1st Bt, of Mount Wolseley (c.1696 - 8 IV 1769).
Ruth Fremlin was of that landed gentry (LG) and former brewing family, which, per Burke's Family Index, last appeared in Burke's LG in the 1952 edition.
Mr Bracher and his wife, (Geraldine) Juliet GARNETT (1932 - 7 VII 2019) were also the parents of (Garnett) Piers BRACHER (born 4 XI 1963; a twin with his sister Jane) and Lucinda J BRACHER (born 1961). Piers Bracher is the husband (married 1990) of Candida Dorothy DRURY-LOWE (born 1963), of that LG family, who is a granddaughter maternally of Sir Hardman Alexander Mort EARLE, 5th Bt (19 VIII 1902 - 17 IX 1979).
