He was s of 2^nd Baron LUKE 1905-96 and Barbara 1911-2006 d of Sir FitzRoy Hamilton ANSTRUTHER-GOUGH-CALTHORPE1st Bt 1872-1957 and Hon Rachel GOUGH-CALTHORPE 1871-1951 d of 6^th Baron CALTHORPE 1829-1910 (and gd of 1^st Baron FEVERSHAM 1764-1841, gt gd of 2^nd Earl of DARTMOUTH 1731-1801 and 6^th Duke of BEAUFORT 1766-1835 etc). He m 1970 Lady (Pamela) Lemina GORDON b 1941 d of 12^th Marquess of HUNTLY 1908-87and Hon Mary Pamela BERRY 1918-98 d of 1^st Viscount KEMSLEY 1883-1968 and Mary Lilian HOLMES 1881-1928, and had a son and a dau as above.
