From the Telegraph of 3 February 2018: The Hon Robert de la Poer Beresford and Miss S. Hill - The engagement is announced between Robert, elder son of Lord and Lady Decies, of Straffan, Co Kildare, and Susannah, only daughter of Mr and Mrs James Hill, of Dunganstown, Co Wicklow.

The groom-to-be is a great-great-great-grandson of Jay Gould (1836-92), the American railroad financier and notorious "robber baron," baron in this case having nothing to do with the peerage. Jay Gould's granddaughter, Helen Vivien Gould, married the 5th Baron Decies.
