She m 1965 Donald Michael Carlebach WARBURG 1934-93 and had a son and two daus as above. Their yr d Annabel Peta b 1969 m 1991 Sir Frederick William John HERVEY-BATHURST 8 Bt b 1965 and had a son and a dau as above, including the Bt’s ha FREDERICK BENJAMIN GUY Hervey-Bathurst b 9 March 1998 who is unm.

The late Mrs Warburg was a third cousin of Vanessa SALMON, the first wife of the Life Peer, Baron Lawson of Blaby, Chancellor of the Exchequer, 1983-89. Vanessa Salmon's grandfather succeeded Mrs Warburg's great-grandfather as chairman of the family business, J Lyons & Co, well known for its chain of teashops and food manufacturing:
