Baxter The engagement is announced between Lieutenant Edward Monckton, 9th/12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales's), son of the Hon Anthony and Mrs Monckton, of London, and Emma, daughter of Mr and Mrs Angus Baxter, of Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
