He was heir presumptive to the Shaw Stewart Baronets (NS 1667) being the son of Donald Erskine STEWART (1905-1986), descended from the 3rd son of the 5th Bt, and (m 1936) Ailsa Violet Annie FORBES (d 1970).  He m 1970 (div 1979) Jill Mary SMITH and had two s and a d, the elder son (asuming his parents' marriage was prior to his birth) becoming the heir presumptive to the baronetcy:

The baronetcy is not in danger.  The 12th Baronet (b 1986) recently married, so there is a prospect of issue there.

Following Bradley James is his younger brother Jonathan (b 1973) and his two sons (b 2006 / 2007), and then multiple collaterals several of whom are under 30.
