He was s of Valentine HARDING 1905-ka1940 (gt gs of John Etherington Welch ROLLS 1807-70 (who was f of 1 Baron LLANGATTOCK 1837-1912) and Elizabeth Mary 1813-79 d of Lady Mary CARNEGIE 1789-1875 d of 7 Earl of NORTHESK 1756-1831) and Cicely 1904-88 d of Arthur Joseph CHADWICK 1871-1912 by his 31 July 1901 m (St Mary, Harrow) Muriel Agnes HILL 1875-1963. He m 1961 Jennifer Marjorie b 1935 reg Q2 Bucks d of Frederick Arnold SIMPSON 1893-1971 by his 29 Sep 1928 m (St Mary, Wimbledon) to Marjorie Gracie EARLEY 1903-89. No issue.
