Coakes - The engagement is announced between Richard, son of the late Major Colijn Thomson-Moore and of Mrs Thomson-Moore, of Tipperary, Ireland, and Anna, daughter of Mr Giles Coakes, of Broadmead, NSW, and Mrs Mary Curran, of Hamilton, NSW.

Richard Charles Randal (b 1978) s of Maj Colin Nelson Rodney THOMSON-MOORE (1942-2015), whom Richard succ as head of the Irish gentry family of that name of Clonmel, by his 1970 marriage to Frances Jane Wentworth (b 1947) d of Brig Francis Norton Wentworth GORE CBE (1906-2003), scion of the ZOUCHE barons, and Else Gurli Astrid (1912-2004) d of Evald CHRISTENSEN of Copenhagen. Richard and his sister, Alexandra Louise (b 1977, Mrs Lionel McCULLOUGH), are in line to the ZOUCHE barony.
