From the Telegraph and Times of 23 December 2014: TWICKEL  John Freiherr von Twickel died on 17th December in Kitzbühel. Husband of Charlotte and father of Nikolaus and Tassilo.

He was s of Ludwig Baron VON TWICKEL (d 1945) and Ann Barbara THROCKMORTON (1911-2007), scion of the Bts of that name ext 1994. He m 1st 1968 (div 1993) HSH Princess (Victoria) Benigna Ina-Marie Cecile Friedericke-Luise Helene Biron von CURLAND (b 1939, descended from Queen VICTORIA through the Empress FREDERICK of GERMANY), and had two sons as above. He m 2nd 1993 HSH Princess Charlotte Alexandra Marie Clothilde of CROY (formerly the w of HSH Prince Kraft 9th Prince of Hohenlohe-Langenburg).
