He was son of (Arthur) Foley WINNINGTON-INGRAM (1908 - 1989), scion of the WINNINGTON baronets (descended from 2nd son of the 2nd baronet) and Ruby Louisa HERRIES (died 1988).  He m 1957 Dawn Marlyn Hussar AYLMER and with her had a dau and an adopted son (Allan).  Amongst his descendants, the marriages of his grandchildren, and their issue, are not known to Debrett's.

Ingram, Donald Foley Winnington of London and formerly of Aylmer passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the farm where he was born on John Wise Line, Aylmer on Sunday, April 12, 2020 in his 85th year. Dear father of Cheryl Quait(Ken) of London and Allan Ingram of Aylmer. Loving and proud grandfather of Brian Foley Mallia(Brittany) and Lynn Marie Mallia(Steffan). Great-grandfather to Sophia and Maximus(Katie). Born in Malahide Township on August 23, 1935, son of the late Foley and Ruby (Herries) Ingram. Don was a retired tobacco and potato farmer east of Luton for many years. He was a longtime Director and Chairman of the Board of Amtelecom. Don was a faithful member of St. Paul's United Church and Gideon Bibles Tillsonburg. He was a member of the Order of Good Cheer, Malahide Masonic Lodge #140 and the Tillsonburg Shrine Club. He served on the Tobacco Board, the Aylmer Cemetery Board and the Otter Dorchester Insurance Board and served as Past Chairman of the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA). Don was a past member of the Aylmer Kinsmen Club, K40 and the Malahide Fire Department. His flower beds and vegetable gardens at “Wee Lake Farms” were a show piece. Don enjoyed the great outdoors. Whether it was fishing at Long Point, hunting at Port Loring or his adventures in Florida in the winter, he truly loved being with his family and good friends. A private family funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Wednesday April 15 at 11 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Obit of his wife Dawn Marlyn (Lyn) WINNINGTON-INGRAM (nee HUSSER) 1937 - 2017.
There seems to be some confusion in Debrett's about her maiden name - they spell it HUSSAR, and suggest her father had the surname AYLMER, but in fact I think he was Rev Garnett HUSSER of Aylmer.

Ingram, Dawn Marlyn "Lyn" of Ingersoll passed away surrounded by family at Alexandra Hospital , Ingersoll on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in her 80th year. Dear mother of Cheryl Quait (Ken) of London and Allan Ingram of Aylmer . Grandmother of Lynn Marie Mallia and Brian Foley Mallia. Great grandmother to Sophia and Maximus. Sister of Donald Husser of Regina and predeceased by sisters Claire Longhurst, Mariel Dreyer and Pamela Scotchmer. Born in Wheatley, Ontario on April 10, 1937, the daughter of the late Rev Garnett and Liliyan (Hunter) Husser. Lyn was a member of the United Church and she had taught piano and organ. The family will receive friends at St. Paul's United Church, Aylmer one hour prior to the service on Saturday January 7,2017 at 2:30 pm
