From the Telegraph of 16 Feb 2021: HAGEN Richard Llewellyn Whitley of Broadway, died suddenly on 19th January 2021 aged 84. Beloved husband of Gillian, devoted father of Nick and Tanya, and proud grandfather of Rupert. A private cremation service has taken place.
He was s of Lawrence Arthur HAGEN (1903-) by his 1934 m (reg Q3 London) to Betty Kathleen OLIVE (1904-70). He m 1971 Gillian Barbara (b 1938) d of Lancelot Roger PERCIVAL MBE TD (1906-1964) and Doris Barbara (1913-91) d of Cdr Archibald Macdonald WILLOUGHBY RN (1887-1943, 4xgt gs of 1st Baron MIDDLETON (1672-1729)) and his former w Mabel Doris HICKING (1891-1956, d of Sir William Norton HICKING 1st Bt (1864-1947)), and had a son (Nicholas Roger J b 1972 reg Q4 Glos, m 2001 reg Q3 Worcs) Fleur Louise H EDWARDS (b 1977 reg Q2 London) and had a son Rupert Lysander V b 2004 reg Q1 London) and a dau (Tanya Alexandra G b 1974 reg Q3 Glos) all as above.
