CRICHTON Flora Mary (Traquair) Passed away peacefully, on December 30, 2025, aged 91, much loved wife of Robin and the late Peter Maxwell Stuart of Traquair and mother of Catherine. Funeral Service on January 28, 2026, 12 noon, at St James' Catholic Church, Innerleithen. Family flowers only, please. Donations to SCIAF.

She was the dau of Sir Alexander Morris CARR-SAUNDERS KBE (1886-1966) and (m 1929) Teresa MOLYNEUX-STEEL  She m (1) 1956 Capt Peter D'Arcy Joseph [CONSTABLE-]MAXWELL-STUART OF TRAQUAIR, 20th (feudal) Baron of Traquair (1922-1990) and (2) 1999 (regd 801/108 Peebles) (Anthony) Robin CRICHTON b May 1940 (Companies House) film producer .  By her 1st m she had a dau Catherine Margaret Mary MAXWELL-STUART OF TRAQUAIR b 1964, 21st (feudal) Baroness of Traquair m twice with a s and 2 d.  This family is descended from Lady Catherine nee STEWART dau of the 4th Earl of Traquair (earldom believed to be ext 1861).  The Traquair feudal barony was included in the last edition of Burke's P&B
