She m 1960 Robert Richard CLOSE-SMITH (1936 - 1992), scion of the KINLOSS lords, descended from the 11th Lady (in her own right).

The Close-Smiths are a gentry family of Boycott Manor, Bucks (BLG 1972).  Robert Close-Smith was Head of the family.
