She was d of Lt-Col Neil Phipps FOSTER 1912-33 and Rosemary Lucia 1919-88 d of George Henry DE VERE DRUMMOND 1883-1963 and his 1 w Helena Kathleen d 1933 d of Thomas Grattan HOLT (gs of Ann d of Thomas GRATTAN 1749-1801 scion of that Irish gentry family). She never married.
