She was d of Alfred SPARK and Mary MITCHELL. She m 1964 Iain William Ferguson HANHAM 1936-2011, and had a son and a dau, both married with issue.

Her page on the House of Lords website is now describing her as deceased but I can't find a date of death mentioned.  Presumably,  the Lord Speaker will announce it in the next day or two.

The Lord Speaker probably won't make an announcement as she retired in 2020. One can get a bit more information than shown on the Parliament website (https://members.parliament.uk/member/2477/career) via the facility for searching the Members’ Names Information System (MNIS): https://api.parliament.uk/mnis-prodder/lookup

You need to enter the MNIS identifier, which is the number shown in the URL: 2477. That yields a date of death of 24 January - though I don't know how authoritative that is.

The Telegraph has just published online the private death notice which confirms 24th January:

Lady Joan died peacefully on 24th January 2025, aged 85. Beloved mother of Emma and Jamie and grandmother of Sophie, Matthew and Mia. Private family burial. Memorial Service at Chelsea Old Church, SW3 5DQ at 12 noon on 6th March 2025. All who knew her very welcome.
