Hon Alexander Edgar (Orly) Lascelles, Viscount Lascelles b 1980 m 18 August 2017 Annika Reed b 1984.  He is the second son of the 8th and present Earl of Harewood, the eldest son. Hon Benjamin Lascelles was born before his parents' marriage and is therefore not the heir apparent.

Further searches found no formal announcement of the marriage, but her website (annikareed.com) shows examples of her work, which match those found on her Instagram account (@annikalascelles) where she has followers that include members of the Harewood family. Furthermore, her YouTube account has work that matches her website.  She teaches at Dulwich College, where she is listed on Senior Staff as Annika Reed.

purely circumstantial I know......but Tanit Lascelles' Instagram account (!) has a couple of maybe relevant photos - https://www.instagram.com/tanitla/?hl=en - one of TL with sister Sophie (?) dated 19 August taken at Royal Botanic Gardens Kew Gardens and captioned "Such a wonderful day!#sisters#wedding#topday  and also one dated 28 August "Epic Shambala with these 2 newlyweds"  (Shambala being a popular music festival in Northamptonshire)

Interested to know though why Marlene Koenig not considered reliable given her knowledge of the European royalty and her books on descendants of Queen Victoria?

Well, this is good news for the earldom.

As mentioned in a prior post, his older brother Benjamin was born out of wedlock and not able to succeed. Both Benjamin and Viscount Lascelles have a son born out of wedlock.  Thus, out of 5 males who would have been in immediate succession, only the Viscount and his younger brother Edward are eligible.

Here's hoping the newlyweds are able to produce an heir.

According to wikipedia (no reference given) they have a daughter Ivy b Oct 2018 but I don't think we have missed an announcement...
