The two male children are:
Thomas William George Boteler (b. Dec. 9, 1999), the new heir (source:
Debrett's (2003)
and Alexander Timothy George (b. May 28, 2005) (source: thepeerage.com

At least this title succession seems assured for the next few years!

Not only from this. According to thepeerage.com, the current Lord
Boston has three second cousins born in the middle or late eighties
who are in line, plus a second cousin who born in the mid-thirties,
just like his own brother.

I didn't bother to look further, but the Boston barony thus doesn't
seem to be threatened at all, in the foreseeable future.

Fully agreed, there is not much chance it it becoming extinct any time
soon, lots of male heirs. Unless of course there is a plague! Pity
that a marquisate created in 1551 doesn't have as many male heirs as a
barony created in 1761!
